Archived Logging
Voxeo's Archived Logging feature stores all XML IVR application call logs and details in a readable format for 48 hours in the Voxeo File Manager. Logs are then compressed and stored for another 30 days, allowing you to download them via HTTP or FTP at any time.

Call Recording
Need to record calls to find bugs, perform voice user interface (VUI) analysis, or for call center monitoring or FTC telesales requirements? With just one property setting in CallXML or VoiceXML, Voxeo developers can record all or a percentage of calls.
